Dispatch System: Data-Driven, Precision Dispatching
On the dispatch side, a large-screen display presents the system's operating data at a glance—number of vehicles, number of drivers, total waybills, deliveries today, items undelivered, cumulative deliveries—giving managers an intuitive operational overview. Vehicle information refreshes in real time on the map, with live statistics on vehicles that are offline, stationary, moving, or not yet started. The vehicle information list is highly detailed, and managers can also view each vehicle's real-time loading information—customer name, waybill number, quantity, delivery status, and more—for a complete picture of transportation in motion.
The trajectory query module retrieves a vehicle's route over a given time range simply by entering its license plate number, lending strong support to transportation safety and route optimization. For dispatching, the system provides two modes: block-based assignment and waybill assignment. Block-based dispatching filters orders by consignee, delivery route, method, or customer type and creates batch operations; it also supports custom map blocks, which can be added and drawn. Waybill assignment likewise filters orders on multiple criteria for precise assignment. In addition, the delivery calculation feature uses intelligent algorithms to work out delivery sequences and unloading counts, while still allowing manual route changes.

Driver Side: Easy Operation, Smoother Delivery
The driver side's home screen lists pending delivery orders by default. When picking up shipments, drivers connect a Bluetooth device, with customers and the number of remaining unloading points clearly in view. The system provides a default planned sequence, and drivers can adjust the route order themselves according to actual conditions, adding flexibility to delivery. The pickup function lets drivers view the waybill list and perform pickup operations.

User Side: Easy Ordering, Effortless Tracking
The user side's home screen integrates package tracking, order placement, and address management, supporting single or batch freight orders. The tracking function queries sent/received item information by keyword, so users can follow cargo status anytime. Notably, the user side can also switch with the driver side to meet the needs of different roles.
