Lingser Warehouse Robot Management Mobile App Powers Smart Storage Upgrades
We have again partnered with Chengdu Hangfa Robotics to deliver version 4.0 of the custom warehouse robot management app, integrating four core functions to enable end-to-end digital control of warehouse operations by robots.
Recently, our company once again entered into a cooperation with Chengdu Hangfa Robot Co., Ltd., and version 4.0 of the warehouse robot management app custom-built for them has officially landed. Since its start in 2021, the app has been iterated and upgraded through 3 version numbers. As of the current version, the software integrates four core functions, helping robots achieve digital control over the entire warehouse operation process and driving a leap in smart storage efficiency.
The app focuses on the three management dimensions of tasks, equipment, and storage locations, and adds a visual map mode. The task management module supports multiple task types—transfer, docking, charging, and more—that can be flexibly dispatched in quick, distributed, or combined modes, and a real-time task list tracks the whole process. Equipment management covers AGVs, IO devices, and charging piles, monitoring their operating status in real time and raising automatic alarms for anomalies to keep equipment running efficiently. The storage location management module builds a digital model of workstation storage zones, links inbound and outbound operations, and controls inventory precisely. The map mode presents the warehouse layout in 2D/3D visualization, showing robot trajectories, equipment distribution, and task progress at a glance.
